Securely pack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our resale standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
